Only pages with the above permission may be photocopied and distributed free of charge for educational purposes only

If you copy any page without this permission you are breaking the law and we will take you to court.  We would prefer to have you as a valued regular customer, however we do not need ‘customers’ who make illegal copies of our work.  Making illegal copies of our work is stealing wages (royalties) from all our employees who contribute to producing books and materials for you!

Under NO circumstances do we give permission for our books or materials to be reproduced for resale!

THE COPYRIGHT LAW:

The parts of the Copyright Law relating to the photocopying of materials for classroom use is: …
…Fair dealing
A work may be used by anyone for the purposes of research or private study without the permission of the author, provided the use is conducted in a way which does not prejudice the rights of the copyright owner. The work may also be used for criticism or review or for reporting current events, with the same proviso, and provided further that the use of the work is accompanied by an acknowledgement identifying the author and the title of the work.
NOTE: The making of multiple copies of a work will never qualify as “fair dealing”.

Educational uses
The use of author's works for certain educational purposes is permitted. These include the use of the work in examinations, and the inclusion of a short passage from the work in an anthology for school. Again, it is unlikely that the making of multiple copies of a work will ever qualify as “fair dealing”!

“Making or using illegal copies of work and using original work without authorisation would constitute an infringement of copyright law and as such is breaking the law. Offences under the legislation are now deemed criminal as well as civil. A person found guilty of an offence could potentially face payment of damages to the copyright owner as well as imprisonment and or fines.”

Not Sure?  Don’t copy!
